The Pioneer Program provides AI-powered tools and services for clinical documentation improvement, data preprocessing, and integration with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all information shared with us is accurate and up-to-date.
Comply with Laws: Abide by applicable laws, including data privacy regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
Maintain Confidentiality: Protect proprietary tools, processes, and materials provided as part of the Program.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Program fees must be paid in full prior to accessing services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Participant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination and Suspension

Termination by Participant: You may terminate your participation with 30 days written notice.
Termination by GTMVP Inc: We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to tools and services will be revoked, and data will be securely returned or deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
